核醫(yī)學(xué)檢查輻射劑量及與其他檢查的比較

提到放射性核素很多患者聞之色變，甚至一些對核醫(yī)學(xué)不太了解的醫(yī)生也有恐懼心理，其實放射性核素并沒有大家想的那樣恐怖，做醫(yī)學(xué)顯像反而比其他檢查（如X線、CT等）所受輻射要小很多。SPECT用于檢查的放射性核素的量是極小的，做一次核醫(yī)學(xué)顯像所受的輻射劑量遠比胸透和CT檢查小得多，例如： 99mTc-MAA肺灌注顯像輻射當量劑量是胸部攝片的0.55，胸部透視的0.034。腎血流，甲狀腺及骨掃描輻射劑量更小。由于用于檢查的放射性核素發(fā)出的射線射程很短，離患者1米以外基本不會受到照射。
